WHAT IS A LEARNERSHIP?
Involves On-The-Job Learning
A learnership is a vocational education and training program to facilitate the linkage between structured learning and work experience in order to obtain a registered qualification
Registered NQF Qualification
By combining theory & workplace practice our learnerships can provide a qualification that is registered on the National Qualifications Framework (NQF)
The Company Employs the Learner
A Learner is contracted on a fixed-term contract with the company whilst studying towards a qualification (This cost falls on the company)
